Lunch Guests at Brookwood Elementary

We are so excited to announce that we will begin welcoming lunch visitors starting on Tuesday, August 19th! We love having our families be a part of our school community, and we look forward to seeing you.

For the safety and well-being of all our students and staff, we have a few guidelines to ensure our lunch period runs smoothly:

• Visitor Days: You are welcome to visit for lunch with your student Tuesday through Friday. Please note that we are unable to host visitors on Mondays.
• Approved Contacts Only: Any parent or guardian who wishes to join their student for lunch must be listed as an emergency contact for the child in ParentVue.
• Designated Seating: To help maintain a smooth lunch schedule, we ask that visitors and their student sit at the designated visitor tables located just outside the cafeteria. Students are not permitted to bring a friend to the visitor tables.
• Saying Goodbye: Please be sure to say goodbye to your student in the cafeteria. This helps our teachers get back to their instructional time as quickly as possible.
• Lunch Options: You are welcome to bring a lunch from home or purchase one from our cafeteria.

We kindly ask that you check the current month's school calendar for any dates that we may be unable to host visitors due to testing or other special events. We do our best to communicate these days in advance.
